False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are made available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-yr length.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Requirements

These courses get started at NCV level two plus the click here minimum amount requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Arithmetic.

Once the student finishes NCVLevel 2, they would then have attained a grade 10 certificate. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level 4 is grade twelve.

NCV Level four is at the exit level, being comparable to a Nationwide Senior Certificate here (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV degree two and that is equivalent to an NQF level 2.

On which sort of students are suited to these programmes, they say that the world is acknowledging that standard education is just not necessarily the one method of getting to be an artisan or becoming competent therefore if a student knows from an early age what their pursuits are, the NCV programme is in fact properly suited to that student.

False Bay TVET College will assist the student to become qualified in his field of interest. Students who want to become entrepreneurs will also have access to their Centre of Entrepreneurship on the Westlake Campus.
